Why Personalization Is the Key to Customer Loyalty
It’s no secret that customer expectations have drastically shifted in the last 10 years. 88% of US adults now say it’s important for brands to remember and engage with them based on shared history. Is your brand personalizing your storytelling across your ecosystem? No matter your industry, you must collect the right data to know your customers better than the competition. In this session, digital marketing expert and author of the new book, Data-Driven Personalization, Zontee Hou will explore the five keys to building a data-driven strategy to ensure that your marketing truly connects with the customers you want.
Zontee Hou is a digital marketing consultant, speaker, and author of the new book, *Data-Driven Personalization*. She is the managing director of Convince & Convert and the founder of Media Volery. With nearly 20 years of experience, Zontee has worked with the IMF, UN FAO, Caesars Entertainment, Fidelity, and many U.S. universities. Named one of LinkedIn’s 16 Marketers to Follow in 2021, she’s also a top content and B2B marketer, according to TopRank, for the last five years. Her work has won multiple awards, including PR News Platinum Awards and a Forrester Groundswell Award.
The Holistic Hustle: Unlocking Sustainable Success
In a world dominated by grind culture and burnout, women can feel immense pressure to push themselves beyond their limits to advance in their careers. Brooke Daniels challenges this narrative by drawing from her journey as an account executive in Silicon Valley, obtaining leadership roles in venture capital, and founding three companies. She emphasizes that wellness is the missing piece for accelerating the building of one’s empire and achieving personal success. Brooke shares how mindfulness techniques can help access the flow state, enhance feelings of fulfillment, boost productivity, and free up time to engage in more activities we love.
With over 15 years of experience working with innovative companies in tech and venture capital, including serving as a Director at Salesforce Ventures, Brooke Daniels has firsthand experience with burnout and loss of purpose. As the founder of Holistic Hustler and a Deepak Chopra-certified meditation and wellness coach, Brooke works with executives to maintain high performance through wellness. She posits that success can be achieved and sustained without sacrificing health, relationships, and happiness. Drawing from her own experiences and expertise, Brooke offers practical strategies and actionable insights for achieving career goals while integrating wellness practices into daily routines, allowing for sustained success alongside personally fulfilled lives.
