Adrian Owens Jones helps teams leverage data and technology to improve their strategy and drive growth. She is known for bringing a creative approach to problem-solving, coupled with sound technical skills honed over her time as an analyst. She became a data junkie through a non-traditional path. She started as a top world-ranked player in World of Warcraft. This experience taught her the critical technical and leadership skills she uses to this day as Chief Growth Officer and EOS Integrator at ThreeSixtyEight.

Adrian is a life-long learner. She has a bachelor’s degree from Oklahoma State in Classical Studies and is pursuing her MALA at Louisiana State University with a focus on Leadership & Emerging Technology. Her research is exploring the relationship between millennial leadership and video games. She is also a Gallup-Certified strengths coach.
